Firstly, It kind of looks like it has 3 legs unless we look a bit closer, maybe you can have the hidden front paw a little more inward so that it will be more obvious. Then I would also like to point out that the back leg should be more close to the back instead of just protruding from the stomach. I know that this is a colored lineart but you can always change some things
About the eyes, I don't know if it's just your style to not add the white part of the eye but I think it looks better with it.
As for the color scheme and shading, you might want to give it some dark shadows around the stripes so that it will blend into the fur coat. The color of the legs are different to each other, maybe you might stick to white on the feet on all four legs.
And finally, you can make the horns a different color to stand out. The stripes that are on the back of the neck should also be the same color of the rest of the stripes. Remind me if those are actually scars

What I like about this is the patterns of the eye and it's good that you stuck to the same color scheme for it. The pattern is okay since it's not too exaggerated unlike most cat OCs.
